Shipping

At Rooted in Thread, every order is thoughtfully prepared with care. Many of our items are made to order, allowing us to create something special just for you.

Processing Time

Current processing time is 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Rush Orders

Need your order sooner?

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Approved rush orders are subject to a $15 rush processing fee.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are personalized or made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly work with you to make it right.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

Apparel Returns

Non-personalized apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order.
